ARM Motorsports N55 Intake Manifold
The ARM N55 Intake Manifold replaces BMP's factory plastic N55 intake manifold with a full-aluminum unit built to handle high-boost, high-horsepower builds. The factory plastic manifold was never designed for that kind of demand, and it becomes a bottleneck once a build pushes past roughly 400whp.
It's a direct-fit swap that installs using all factory connections, including any upgraded charge pipes already on the car, with no cutting, no fabrication, and no tuning changes required.
Features
- Full aluminum construction in place of the factory plastic manifold
- Smooth, high-flow runners and optimized plenum volume for increased airflow across the powerband
- Top-mounted port injection bungs for supporting a secondary fueling system, with block-off plugs included for setups not running port injection
- Machined flange returns the DME to its factory mounting location, so no wiring relocation or stretching is needed
- Direct-fit design uses all factory connections, including existing upgraded charge pipes
What's Included
- Aluminum intake manifold
- Fuel rail
- Port injection block-off plates
- Fittings, throttle body bolts, and o-rings

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this require a tune?
No. It's a direct-fit swap using factory connections; no tuning changes are needed for installation.
Do I need to run port injection with this manifold?
No. The manifold includes top-mounted port injection bungs for builds that want it, along with block-off plugs for builds that don't.
Will my existing charge pipes still work?
Yes. The manifold is designed to connect to any charge pipes already installed on your car, upgraded or factory.
Does my DME need to be relocated?
No. A machined flange returns the DME to its factory mounting location, so wiring stays where it is.
At what power level does the factory manifold become a bottleneck?
Per ARM, the factory plastic manifold's restrictive design typically becomes a limiting factor once a build passes roughly 400whp.
