Precision Raceworks BMW Secondary Pump Activation Harness

$99.99

The Precision Raceworks BMW Secondary Pump Activation Harness is the wiring and pressure switch that turns a second fuel pump on under boost. It is built with 10 gauge oxygen-free copper wire and a pressure switch designed for automotive engine bay conditions, not the pool-and-hot-tub-grade "hobbs switch" hardware some competing kits reuse.
This is the same harness Precision Raceworks bundles into its Stage 3 and higher bucketed and bucketless fuel pump kits, and it is sold separately here for owners who need a replacement, a spare, or a boost-referenced trigger for a different secondary pump setup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need this if I already bought a Precision Raceworks Stage 3 or higher fuel pump? No. This exact harness is already included in the box with Stage 3 and higher Precision Raceworks bucketed and bucketless pump kits. Buy this separately only if you need a replacement, a spare, or you are wiring a secondary pump that did not ship with one.
What is the difference between this and a "hobbs switch"?A traditional hobbs switch is built for swimming pool and hot tub use. This pressure switch is engineered for exposure to oil and air at engine bay temperatures for long-term reliability in a car.
Do I choose positive or negative trigger? That depends on how your secondary pump's relay circuit is designed to switch. Both trigger harness options are included in the kit, so you are not locked into one at purchase. If you are not sure which your pump setup needs, contact your BMP Tuning rep.
Does installation require cutting or splicing wires? No. The harness is 100% plug-and-play with the included pressure switch and OEM quick-connect style connectors.
