Precision Raceworks Port Injection Kit - BMW S58 (G80 M3 & G82/G83 M4)

The Precision Raceworks S58 Port Injection Kit adds supplemental fueling to the S58 engine without requiring an expensive custom manifold. It bolts up to the stock manifold and integrates like a factory system, giving G80 M3 and G82/G83 M4 owners a straightforward path to more fuel for bigger turbo builds.
The fuel rail runs AN6 bore all the way through, unlike some competing kits that neck down to a smaller internal diameter at the connection and lose flow under load. The rail also uses locks that secure each injector in place, removing the 72+ psi of upward force that would otherwise push against the screws holding the rail to the plastic intake manifold, and letting the rail come off for service without fuel going everywhere. Lines are smooth bore PTFE with stainless and nylon braid, and every fitting is billet.
Injectors are genuine Bosch Motorsport units, modified and flow matched both statically and dynamically, with a certificate of conformance included for every set.
Choosing a Controller
This kit is a fuel rail and injector system only; it needs a controller to fire the injectors. Precision Raceworks builds two of them: the Motiv Re|Flex Lite for straightforward sequential control, and the Motiv Re|Flex+ for CANbus integration with supported flash platforms plus additional sensor inputs and outputs. Installation Notes
Installation is engine bay-level work best handled by an experienced installer, and the kit requires a supporting tune and a compatible injector controller before the car is driven.
