VRSF Front Mount Intercooler Upgrade - 2016-2019 BMW M140i, M240i, 340i & 440i (B58/B48/B46)

This VRSF intercooler replaces the factory front-mount unit on 2016-2019 BMW models built on the B58, B48, and B46 engines. The stock tube-and-fin core is sized for OEM boost levels, and once a tune or hardware pushes airflow past that point, it heat-soaks and loses the ability to cool intake air, which raises the risk of pre-detonation and knock.

VRSF's core uses a dual-pass, bar-and-plate design that flows more air and rejects more heat than the factory core, keeping intake temperatures down and reducing heat soak under sustained boost.
