The Black Market Parts N55 Performance Intake Manifold is a billet-machined replacement for the factory plastic manifold on BMW's N55-equipped models, built to add durability while improving airflow. Center-flow ports support port injection using any brand of injector, and proprietary machining lets the manifold use the factory OEM o-rings for a clean seal.

Compared to a cast aftermarket manifold, the lower heat soak of this design helps keep intake air temperatures down, and multiple expansion ports are built in for a larger BOV line, a boost gauge, or similar accessories.

Important Compatibility Information

On F10-chassis vehicles (535i), this manifold cannot be run alongside an aftermarket ignition coil kit -- the two share the same inlet location at the back of the engine. This manifold is also not compatible with an OEM or aftermarket airbox that sits directly on top of the manifold.
